75 Hard is a 75-day mental toughness program created by entrepreneur Andy Frisella. The program consist of five critical tasks that must be completed every day for 75 days.
1. Follow a strict diet without cheating and no alcohol.
2. Complete two 45-minute workouts, one of which must be done outside
3. Drink one gallon of water per day.
4. Read at least 10 pages of a non-fiction book.
5. Take a progress photo each day.
If you fail any of these tasks you must start the program from the beginning. The goal of the program is to develop mental toughness, self-discipline and resilience. The challenge is NOT easy its going to require a high level of commitment, so it may NOT be for everyone.
