My name is Brent Whitmire. I want to first thank you for the potential opportunity to support you through one of my customized services. Through this site, you will find everything needed to get started on your fitness journey. 

Throughout my childhood I was always active, whether athletics or outdoor activities. In college, I knew I wanted to pursue a field that would allow me to help others. I graduated from LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Kinesiology and a Concentration in Sports Management. Fitness became a way of life for me in high school, but essentially found me during my freshman year of college. 

Having had the opportuntiy to play basketball in college and follow a dream that didn't always seem attainable, is an experince I often reflect on. However, that dream didn't come without obstacles. My fresman year of college, I failed my conditioning test and wasn’t able to play basketball. I was red-shirtted this year. I had no idea of the level of conditioning needed to be a college athlete, but that didn't stop me from finding my pathway forward.

The summer before my sophomore year, I met LeRoy Franklin, owner of Total Performance Fitness. Long story short, LeRoy changed my life.  I lost weight and was in the best shape of my life. With his mentorship, I decided that I wanted to help others feel what I did when I returned. I not only passed, but domainated my conditioning test.

I understand the road to reach your fitness goals isn't always easy, but it's worth it. I am often asked, what will it take to reach my fitness goals? I reply, a program, the right mindset, and consistency.

As your coach, my goal is to make your goals my mission. Through teamwork and a clear path forward, your goals are attainable and sustainable.
